Good news for Redmi Note 5 Pro Smartphone users

Finally a good news for Redmi Note 5 Pro users, the new MIUI10 update has been starting to roll out the OTA update for the Redmi Note 5 pro. Yes, you read that right, Xiaomi finally has started rollout the MIUI update for Redmi Note 5 Pro users in India.

The size of the update is about 580MB, and it brings the September Android Security Patch along with some interesting features. The new features which are included are the Full-Screen gesture which changes the way you interact with your smartphone and let contents take over the front stage.

In this update, there are some updates which are picked up from the upcoming Android 9.0 Pie. Other features which include are the Notification Panel with a better interactive experience. Further added, the Volume slider is also has been redesigned. The Multi-Tasking management is also improved along with the natural Sound System.


Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 5 Pro earlier this year running on the Android Nouget-based MIUI 9.2 which was a success. After that, the company rolled out the Android Oreo-based MIUI 9.5 for the smartphone. And now, Redmi Note 5 Pro has become the second Redmi device receiving the MIUI 10 update after the Redmi Y2 which is also a huge success.

Recently, Xiaomi also rolled out the MIUI 10update for the new launched Smartphones including Redmi 6, Redmi 6 Pro and Redmi 6A in China. So we can also expect the rollout of the MIUI 10 in these devices in India too, in the coming days. And according to XDA-Developers, The global stable ROM for MIUI 10 is also being rolled out for other Xiaomi smartphones including Mi 5, Mi 6, Mi Note 2, Mi Mix and Mi Mix 2.
